He wraps his arms around him briefly and jus hugs him for a minute before pulling away. "I have to go now, though." Because he needs a shower, oh god, and to brush his teeth, and water. He needs a lot of water.

Raleigh hugs him back, gently carding his fingers through Chuck's hair before the younger boy pulls away.

"Okay. I should go home too."

Chuck lets himself sink into it for a moment, relishing the feeling of Raleigh's fingers in his hair for a brief moment.

"Cool. Text me." He winks as he leaves, very cleverly hiding his desire to flee.

Raleigh grins, wide and bright.

"You got it, man."

He is so texting you Chuck.

He'll be waiting for his text.

Even if they've got class together for a couple days first before the date, he'll still grin stupidly at his phone when Raleigh texts him.

He'll be there early with tickets and smuggling in some awesome popcorn.

Chuck'll be there about fifteen minutes before the movie because Raleigh never actually said when he'd meet him and he figured it was a good happy medium.

And he didn't have ANY trouble figuring out to wear at all, nope.

Yeah Raleigh either, he doesn't have half of his closet laying all over the floor or anything like that.

"Chuck!" He's calling out and waving, heading right over with a bright smile. "You look good. Ready?"

Chuck settled on something without sleeves, to show off his arms. Because he knows he's got good shoulders and arms. Who needs to dress up?

"Yeah, okay." He smiles at Raleigh's bright greeting, though he's still questioning, like, everything about this.

Raleigh's in jeans, sneakers and a solid t shirt with a leather jacket. Casual and cool.

"Sweet. I've heard good things about this movie."

"You don't have a thing for Jeremy Renner, do you? Because I'm not competing with a movie for a date's attention."

It's a self respect thing. And maybe he's hoping for some making out.

Raleigh snorts.

"Nah. I'm more of a Thor man, myself. You?"

"Bucky Barnes, mate." Chuck smirks.

Then again, no one can compete with Sebastian Stan's ability to cry on command and look fuckable while doing it.

Chuck'll move like he's thinking of reaching for Raleigh's hand but he'll shove his hands into his pockets instead. "So you were asking about chocolate?"

"Yeah, I got a surprise when we get inside. Wanna get a soda?" He'll buy.

"Yeah, all right." He just gets a coke. He's feeling a littlew eird about letting Raleigh pay for everything, but he wants to do it and it's a date and that's what you're supposed to do, right?

There's not really rules, he thinks. He's just going with it.

Once they're in the theater and settled towards the back in their recliners, Raleigh pulls the bag of Peterbrook chocolate covered popcorn out of his jacket.

"Tada."

idk but i've never had it but it sounds great

Chuck grins at the sight of the bag.

"If you're trying to seduce me again you're on the right track," he says, reaching for it.
